This court has shown over and over that it will put partisan political agenda above the rule of law. I have no faith in SCOTUS to render a fair, impartial, or scholarly ruling on anything. They are nothing but MAGA hacks and enablers.

How can someone who’s been convicted of a crime plead the 5th? Isn’t being incarcerated, by its very nature, incriminating? This only makes sense if further inquiry would reveal more crimes than she was previously charged/convicted.

There’s also a huge difference between “It is expected that…” and just “Russia will not…”. The latter is an imperative, a directive. The full version leaves room for “Opps, what can I say… shit happens”.
