@mnolangray.bsky.social Isn't it always about $$$. Developers will fit as many lots on a piece of property as possible to maximize their profit. Drive through Dallas & you'll see 2500+ sf homes crammed together. There will be little change until residential mixed use is lawful & incentivized.

Yes, yet sadly I don't know many of them. Thinking of this on a broader scale, I miss the age in my life in which I didn't know ones heritage, political party, sexual preference or religious affiliation. Sure, these are things that make people interesting, but for the most part they divide us.
