If there’s a (med) college campus bookstore they typically sell them in boxes for medical students. I used to buy mine from the B&N when I was in undergrad lol.

The healing and aftercare is the hardest part. Our bodies don’t like to be opened and raw like that. Adapting and tending to the challenging process of healing a wound like that is Hard. You are strong and resilient and your flesh will remember your strength forever.
