Just for reference, Scotland does not have an internationally accredited Adult Bone Marrow Transplant Unit.
It would seem that Scotlands flagship hospital, QEUH, Ward 4B requires corrections for JACIE

Just for reference, Scotland does not have an internationally accredited Adult Bone Marrow Transplant Unit.

But it doesn’t end there the Scottish Hospitals Inquiry, ordered again by Scot Gov, has also been told achieving BREEAM excellence was an SG instruction, that the board knowingly and actively implemented.

This led to a number of further failures in the critical ventilation system for high risk patients on Ward 4B, adult BMT.
With air flowing from the hospital into 4B, I am at a total loss as to how @slorance contracted COVID in October 2020 in this ward, NOT.
