The Maxwell trial going on and the files were sealed. They may have been sealed after that as well per judicial ruling, but I need to research the timeline. I do believe such powerful people were involved in all of this that pressure and courts ruled to seal. The names are known, though. Scared???

I think this is what we wanted, separate out the DHS portion of the bill. The other 5 bills are all bipartisan and agreed upon. Dems got the 2-3 week timeline to deal with DHS portion rather than than the months the Republicans wanted. Dems actually held the line and kept funding for programs needed
