No. FR Yugoslavia's de-communisation and reversal of progressive policies directly contributed to the Balkans becoming a sweatshop to be exploited by the West. Milošević was a populist and traitor who allowed this to happen, ensuring peace and socialism would not return for a long time...

I disagree. If there was justice in this world, Milošević would have survived to see the guilty verdict and spent many long years behind bars. It's a travesty the ICJ stopped the investigation after his death, robbing victims of even just a little closure.
