Listen everyone. I’ve see classified stuff before. This in the Atlantic is the kind of stuff that gets the highest classification.

I had to have TS clearance to hear the names of the people we targeted in Iraq when i was with TF16 and 17. And still some names were withheld until op was over….

🗞️As an old newspaperman, this Mark Twain adage is ringing a bell this morning:

"Never pick a fight with someone who buys ink by the barrel."

🗞️The Atlantic is handling these inept, lying enemies of the people with the truth ... and nothing but the truth.

Undocumented workers are bad, so let’s have teenagers replace them working overnight so they can fall asleep in school, because who needs education when they can work for sweatshop wages?

It's critical for everyone to remember what an Executive Order is. It is the President communicating orders to members of the executive branch. Policies to pursue, actions to take, etc. They are not laws. They are not close to being laws. They are formalized memos to employees. That's all.

Mike Waltz has now decided to roll out the story that Jeffrey Goldberg somehow hacked his way into their Signal chat.

Just admitting a mistake and apologizing seems like a lot less work than lying and peddling a half dozen different conspiracies.

Imagine if The Atlantic’s editor chose blackmail over journalistic integrity.

There’s a lot of blackmail potential here. Isn’t that exactly why security clearances get denied?

GABBARD: “She stole it from me.”

Also, fwiw, Waltz looks like he's absolutely fighting for his life in this interview.
I'm not saying anything novel here but it really is just truly despicable to watch them use THEIR OWN COLOSSAL SCREW UP to slander the reporter THEY INCLUDED ON THEIR CLASSIFIED GROUP CHAT
Mike Waltz smears Goldberg as “the bottom scum of journalists.”
