After publishing this article, I've heard from many that CR seems to be using AI to produce dub CCs. Now, thanks to a slip-up CR had with episode 6 dub of The Banished Court Magician, we can say that with 100% certainty: Crunchyroll is using the AI service Ollang.com for its dub closed captions!

Redoing my roughs for Xmas baddie Thamma mit'n Hamma/Blutiger Thameri/Bloody Thomas because in my earlier draft (right) he looked mean, and I want him playfully (dangerously) manic. He ain't killing folks, he's just pounding their doors with a sledge and smearing butcher blood on their threshold.

DOGE was created for data theft and infrastructure dismantling and it wildly succeeded on both counts within the first few weeks of its existence. It will take a generation to rebuild what it destroyed and the breach of data is unprecedented.
