Even if it did, it would not have allowed him to work as once you work more than just a few hours, you’re deemed fit enough to work a full work week and taken off disability. There was/is no way out of that system without generous people doing what social services and welfare should be doing

When one of my fathers friends was down on hard times and needed cancer treatment and a place to stay, every welfare system in place failed him. He eventually got lucky and got affordable housing, but disability never gave him anything.

TOTK is so interesting to me because I remember liking so much about it but I just never finished it! maybe it’s my fault for just burning myself out thinking about all the collectibles and quests I could do but I just kinda lost interest. Maybe I should go back and give it another shot
