I made my first dutch baby (giant eggy pancake) to celebrate imbolc / candlemas. This sucker will be breakfast all week.
Technically, the holiday isn't until tomorrow, and dutch babies aren't a traditional way to celebrate, but do rules really matter anymore?

I know owning a Tesla isn't the flex it used to be. But... they just opened a fancy new 325 kWh Supercharger less than 2 miles from my house. I'm more excited about this than I should be. I didn't even need to charge. I just wanted to play with it.

Watching the snow come down at Waldorf's Folly while ordering chamomile seeds for Apple Bottom Green, as one does. Apparently, the chamomile can improve the soil quality for the apples.
