Eggs are like $3 in Los Angeles. A big, bad city where things are pricy. If someone’s paying $6+ for eggs, they’re being taken for a ride. These people are so stupid they need to be under a conservatorship.

I’ve not read enough books in my life to list 20, as sad as that is. It’s not that I haven’t read books, but enough for there to be 20 of true influence? Call me a Philistine. For me: Act One, The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter, Mockingbird, The Brothers Shubert, The Exorcist, Marjorie Morningstar.

And I should add that people who’ve lived here longer than I have, have undoubtedly been demanding change for much longer. No offense intended to those on the front lines for an eternity.
