I used to be 60 lbs overweight, a smoker, and a heavy drinker. I had all kinds of health problems and weird pains. After becoming a gym rat, jacked, and eating a consistent healthy diet I no longer suffer from all that bad shit. Took a couple years. Sometimes diet and exercise really is the answer.
