Tears flowing, shrinking down.
"But it's not enough. I can puppet an empty chassis, play the part and pretend, but it doesn't *feel* like me. The slime ever shifts, I can't.."
The doll nods, understanding.
"I wish I was Made, like you were. Just choosing dollhood myself feels.. wrong. Fleeting."

"No I'm... this porcelain is a lie, it's not me, I've been lying to you all."
Slime shedding the body, an unsteady sillhouette.
A crack.
"Don't you see? I'm fake. I'm slime. I can't ever be Still."
The doll places its hand at her chest, smiling.
