Happy Saint Patrick's Day to all. Here is my home madE Irish soda bread.
Made with wheaten flour 400g white flour225g 1 TSP each off bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar. 400ml buttermilk ( or yoghurt and milk mixed) - baked at 180c for 40mins.
