They’ll soon make possession of hrt for transition purposes illegal, moving estradiol and T as far up the controlled substance list scheduling as they can. They’d just love any pretext for calling us criminals so they can lock us all up.

I keep trying to tell my cis friends about how bad it’s gonna be for trans people, and they look at me like I’m crazy, like I’m paranoid or something. They might get it a few years from now, but then again, they may never get it, as we live in such different worlds.

When possession of hrt for transition purposes is made federally illegal, the PDMP will likely be used to investigate and arrest trans people everywhere in the country.
And HIPPA doesn’t do what people think it does. It’s more about who is allowed access to your health records than who isn’t.
