Appreciating the relentless cheerfulness of the way my niece says “nope!” as I repeatedly incorrectly try to decipher something she is saying. It’s like she enjoys knowing something I don’t.

One of my favorite bits I do with my toddler niece is pretend to eat things that are not food so she can stop me in horror and educate me on the finer points of nutrition.

At this point squishmallows should be covered by my medical insurance. It’s a sleep aid, lumbar support, and, most importantly, it’s my best tool against my migraines. It’s the perfect amount of soft and pressure that gives me any sense of relief.
