I watched a video recently that got me to realize how easy it is to fall into the social-media grind the moment numbers or interactions are introduced. Been noticing it in myself and I can tell it's gonna SUCK if I keep that up. Stuff like comparison, like here, start getting a lot more important

I relate to this. Thank you for sharing. It's really a miserable experience to try and go through life with a mind that seems to not want to work with us most of the time. I don't have an answer, but a resource I've found helpful is HealthyGamerGG (on youtube), Alok Kanoija, if you're interested.
