Self criticism is good, true, but make no mistake about it, the best use of your 'self' rn is to other ppl. IRL. There are ways to get involved. I'm in @bucks-stands-up.bsky.social and the IWW, and like everyone I know in these orgs, you constantly find yourself asking "what more can I do?"

because atp it's obvious who only wants people to comply, or to be respectful. "I'm not gonna tell you how to deal with your shit" shouldn't be an outlandish statement but everyone wants to tell ppl to wait or to do it differently (read MLK's Letter From a Birmingham Jail pls). And, one last thing:

Ok so there are multiple Levittowns, and it was basically the first American suburb. But 1. Suburbs are shit for the environment and 2. The fact that he hasn't read a short story since high school is a weird thing to admit while using such a tone deaf example. But hey "vote blue no matter who" 🙄
