When Elmo bought Twitter in October of 2022 for 44 billion dollars Telsa stock price was at around $200. Significant loans were used for the purchase and Telsa was used as collateral. The PE for Telsa even after a 40% drop is still 110 which is appears over-valued relative to the auto industry.
