As long as the artist can take artistic liberties with the design that you made, with the help of AI as a tool, and not just a 1 to 1 exact replica then Yes.
If it’s a copy, then that’s just AI art but with a filter of authenticity.
What the AI generates isn’t art, what the person does is.
