I a veg garden this summer, the freezer is full and we share w/ our neighbors. I knit - Some of my yarn is reclaimed from sweaters found at thrift stores. I shop clearance racks for clothes I can use, then store until needed. I know how to sew/mend. We cook for ourselves.

Once you assemble the 5 or 6 basic ingredients, you can pretty easily make a crust that will bring tears to your eyes. Recipe is on the back of the Fleischmann’s Pizza Yeast packet. Then, top it with whatever you like. Do it a few times, you’ll get better at it.

Funeral potatoes. I hate to say, but my kids looked forward to going back to my dad’s hometown for funerals of elderly relatives. They got to see their cousins and eat funeral potatoes at the post-funeral luncheon graciously hosted by the local church ladies.

After hearing Dr Gupta discuss measles recently in an interview, and at 71 not knowing for sure if I’d had measles or not, my dr ordered a titer test for measles. Turned out I had a very high immunity score. Good reliable advice can make all the difference. Get vaxxed if you need it!!!!
