Ok, so basically there's a bed, and in this bed are two people, one of whom is smoking, and presumably both are women. However, the one who is smoking, who is also the far larger of the two, happens to be a humanoid praying mantis with cool piercings. There is a caption on the picture reading "I'm kinda hungry ngl," which seems to really be frightening the human girlfriend, due to the fact that when mantises are especially hungry and/or stressed, the female will, on occasion, eat the head of the partner after sex. Also penis.
