Update: He called again today. He was sporting a poor Australian accent that switched back to his own a few moments after I initially answered the phone.
This time around he admitted he did not know my name regardless that he had "all of my info".
I asked him "Why would you call someone if you-

Now I DID get him to make a guess ONCE. He DID guess that my name was Joy and I laaaaaughed and laaaaughed and hung up mid-laugh.

It's fine- he's sold my information to the dark web so I'm just using services I'm owed :3

So I tell him "that's great! Okay so that means you have my name right?" And Jonathan says "Yes ma'am, I have all of your information here" I respond with "That's fantastic- so I just need you to tell me my name" And he hangs up.

But I always remember the first time he told me his name was Jonathan- so I call him Jonathan regardless of what he says his name is that particular day and it always trips him up.
I then ask him if he's called to talk to me about my healthcare insurance again. He tells me no, that he's calling to-
