Sometimes I’m pissed off but I forgot why I’m pissed off so now I’m also pissed off that idk why I’m pissed off and then I try to not be pissed off anymore but it still sits at the bottom of my stomach and it will not go away so then I’m pissed off about that too

I hate cutting my nails bc it makes them sharp and I would rather kms than touch a nail file but if I dont cut my nails then I rip them off or bite them and that’s even worse
