I dunno if it has an official name, but my favorite is when one character has stronger feelings than her love interest - not necessarily unreciprocated love, more like a different level of love between the pairing.

It always creates such interesting dynamics!

Really love the Otherside Picnic novels, I like the unique horror and slow-burn romance - great characters too. Another favorite would be The Moon on a Rainy Night. And of course the Bocchi the Rock anime
