It's just a historical fiction series that's written like a diary for Royal women like Catherine the Great or Cleopatra I love these books when I was a kid and they had the whole series 😁😁 I immediately grabbed 2 and their still as great as I remember

Too bad you can't get like the little elastic bands from like bracelet making kits because they're not super big but they're also really durable and stretchy

unless you get like thos thick ass money bands

its gonna sound a bit weird but what about something like a rubber band? but like covered so it can have the strength it needs to hold hair but lacks the terrible hair tangling quality actual rubber bands have? tho i supposed if it breaks that defeat the purpose since they aren't super durable

i have some fancy themed hair clips that i like that i got from hot topic lol i just go like i'm gonna put in a ponytail and then twist my hair twice and then pull up and clip into place that way it's up tight enough to stay outta my face and off my neck but loose enough i don't get a headache :D
