Ummon definitely has a more rich flavor. It’s very balanced and made such a perfect latte when I tried it. Definitely consider it my absolute favorite I’ve ever tried, but Sayaka is more budget friendly/tastes just as good for everyday use. I’d keep Ummon just for special occasions 💚
