Glad you don’t have a torn shoulder. I deal w a lot of people w torn shoulders who have surgery. Some go perfectly fine w great recovery, some are *awful* and there’s almost no rhyme or reason to it.

This one is *slightly* different, in that he asks for their firm crumpled in a heap on the ground. I can’t find the one I was thinking of, but I had a judge show it to me in chambers nine years ago. I swear that one was real.

There’s a very large firm (competitor) who has a Spanish language ad with a guy falling off of a roof, calling the law firm while he plummets to the ground.

I went to law school in New Orleans. Louisiana ads basically have no rules. NJ ads are more restrained except for the spanish-language ads.

We lived there/I practiced law there for about a year and a half before we peaced out. It was just a really strange group and I didn’t really know/believe how bad it was until after we left.
