Weightlifting 🏋‍♀️ and dogs vet visit 🐕

Decided on a 'no caffeine' day. Which is probably why I was grumpy all day.....lol. loved the Frappuccino. 🙂. Have a good weekend 👍🏋‍♀️

This Saturday needed something to pull me through after some night shifts. The HVAC people need to come and do their thing. Two of doggies 🐕 need vet reviews.....good luck to me to get them to behave. 😏

My new favorite catch up tradition. Went to the hardware store to pick up some stuff. Going to annoy the family and paint a red wall in the home office 😀

Gonna play the game of catch-up this Saturday. Read some journals, get some groceries, weightlifting.🏋‍♀️

Needed a Lil treat after a long and brutal week.

Only one thing will power me through today.
