genuinely that is the biggest flip imo. once you realize that it actually Won't Help. like the urges don't really ever go away (at least they havent for me) but the pointlessness of it keeps me going

it didn't effect me like that, but it can interact with other meds so that's a possibility?

restriction-based EDs make you TERRIFIED of food/eating. they do not need you to "lock in" because THEY ARE IN CONTROL. Please go to therapy and also do some basic nutritional education.

Love how she's trying to play it as if she DIDNT say to move inland and own less stuff. Does she have valid points about policies and infrastructure issues? Absolutely. But she still flat out victim blamed at the end, and her pity gathering is disingenuous.
