Critical thinking skills have greatly declined in recent years, however people do tend to discourage it when it’s not convenient to them. I constantly got in trouble as a kid for questioning things you apparently aren’t allowed to question; to which I would question back, “why?”

I went from reading the bunnicula series at age 7 to Anne Rice’s vampire chronicles by age 9, so….🙂↔️
I also developed a love of poetry very early on thanks to my grandmother. Voracious readers, our family.
