I live in a concrete jungle. Lately I have had 3 beautiful visitors on my balcony. As they always travel in pairs I think the 4th one must have been on the next door balcony railing .

On the 4try sticks are delicious but rustic. So many recipes.. one more to try in a few weeks. Then I think back to this one but will use Rye or Spelt flour instead of bakers.

wait I must.. should have added 100g butter but I think I added more. Plus the plan was to make 2 different half loafs but I forgot.. As I plan on making 70 different sourdoughs in a year, half loafs will make it achievable.
