How is it that so often I am both completely overstimulated and touched out while being so under stimulated and bored all at the same time?

Oh yeah, I’m a mom at home with small kids.

It’s not until my kids tell me I look so fancy in jeans and sandals that I realize just how much time I spend in my pajamas. Where are my fellow pajama mamas? 🙋🏻‍♀️
