I used to take Vyvanse in the morning, by 11am it would be starting to wear off and I'd have my first crash by noon. I had to take Adderall, then if crash around 330, and need to take more Adderall just to get thru dinner, then crash by 8 or 9.

I still have a hard time getting up sometimes compared to before I had narcolepsy, but it's not nearly as bad. I take Wakix with my Vyvanse at 5am, then go back to sleep until it's kicked in at around 6am. Then I'm energetic, motivated, bright eyed and bushy tailed!

Wakix was a game changer for me. I was taking Vyvanse, Adderall AND Provigil and still had multiple sleep attacks a day. My blood pressure was skyrocketing cuz of all the stimulants.

Wakix allowed me to drop Provigil completely and cut my Adderall in half, and my blood pressure normalized again 🙌🏽

Same. I have Narcolepsy2, OSA, ADHD and PTSD. I was diagnosed with narcolepsy last year, after 4 years of begging them to test me and telling them something is WRONG I shouldn't be able to have 1600mg of caffeine a day and still fall asleep mid-sentence.
