Oddly enough I switched facilities and pillows and started bringing one of those gel eye masks you can freeze and it mostly fixed my issues. I might have an issue here and there but I'm doing much better overall...

I always bring a water bottle, just a regular store bought one. They ask that I not drink too much because that can throw off the weight. They limit me to 16 ounces a day. I don't follow that rule because I'm pretty underweight as it is and they're just going off of what they see as a trend.

...the only neurosurgery clinics my insurance seems to work with being in Los Angeles, which is about 80 miles away one way. If y'all have any ideas please throw them my way in the meantime while I'm trying to resolve the issues on my end. I'm getting really tired of not being well. Thanks.
