Hello there! I'm S. L. Dyscadian, a self-published author who specialises in science-fiction and high fantasy. If starships and/or swords are your literary cup of tea, feel free to give my work a read!
As of a few minutes ago, I'm no longer selling any of my work on itch[dot]io. Since it seems they'd rather kowtow to the kind of hate-filled wretch who seeks to censor and destroy anything they don't personally approve of, I'm pulling out of that place now before the site takes exception with me.

My father had quite a few interesting-looking books on his bookshelf, and among those was the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy "trilogy". Those books may have been the first that really inspired me to want to become an author myself.

Also the movies of Mel Brooks.
Okay you guys, what’s the best book, movie, or TV show your dad introduced you to

Sometimes bathtime does wonders for my creative process. Perhaps the lack of other distractions allows me to put my thoughts together.
In any case, I've managed to put together a rough plot for a future novel project. Now let's see if we can get the current one finished up first...

I used to have an account on Twitter for self-promotion, but I deleted it when a certain someone bought the site and left me loath to advertise my work in such a place. Now that I've put out my second novel, we'll see if I can scare up some business in bluer pastures.
