It was an honor to meet U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona at SLCC South City. He toured our pioneering facility and met Arts, Comms & Media faculty and students. I was joined by Tim Sheehan, VP for Government & Community Relations, and Lori Chillingworth, Chair of SLCC’s Board of Trustees.

1) Aurora Gomez did research on first-gen students. She might be my replacement one day!
