I honestly just read this as a worse version of the tolerance paradox. "Would a tolerant society be tolerant of intolerance?" Which to me is obviously no.

"Is it unconstitutional to obstruct or even remove someone who's violating rules the department has to abide by?" Seems clearly allowable to me.
