Electrician, gamer, theology debater. Host of the Naked Pentecostalism podcast.
I've watched most of the counter-apologists on YouTube, and in terms of content quality and quantity, you're definitely holding a spot in the top 10, if not top 5.

Fair enough. Personally, I left religion entirely and started a podcast/youtube channel called Naked Pentecostalism, for the purpose of shining a light on the worst offenders of fundamentalist pentecost.

I agree that the history is messy. People that attended my old church would push the idea that pentecostals had an unbroken line of believers from Acts chapter 2 until present day, which is obviously a load of bullshit.

Hey Ian, for context, I was born and raised into apostolic pentecost and left around age 34.

I'm curious about your stance on the history of the pentecostal movement, particularly how we only see it appear in 1900s Kansas, and really nothing substantial prior to that.

Thanks.

Modern understanding of human psychology makes it pretty clear that free will is an illusion. Our choices are formed by our influences in life, almost entirely out of our hands.

Sorry, I don't see the connection between Berserk and Brightburn?

Why not? Your mind, defined as the brain while alive, sent the command to your muscles.

Planescape: Torment. It had the most amazing dialogue and world building of any game I've played. I still think about 25 years later.
