You'd have to assume you would continue to get more productive income/growth out of the seized assets, which if equity in companies just increase the taxes there unless you think public ownership can do better growth over time. Property would make sense in ready to distribute assets

Yeah and property confiscation is really a one time thing as the mark to market value is gone if that is a system. Tweaks to capital gains from investments/assets definitely can be looked at as well as estate taxes are viable and should be on the table in the US without crashing things

Would generally agree in wowee zowee, a counter would be that a lot of it was rebaked finishes of crooked rain stuff that didn't make the cut then. Otherwise I'd say watery Domestic ep cause it so concisely encapsulates everything great in the early stuff

I think it could also be that the worst of it has come out already. It is really fucking bad and should disqualify anyone from public life already! But if there was legally actionable stuff then could have been part of other leaks this year or Biden doj action last few years

Often comes down to quality in the end over principles. Like Johnathan Hickman can collapse the multiverse and it's such insanely inspired sci fi writing that all existing mediocre canon can bend to it. Good authors and runs tend to have a timeline to when inspiration runs out anyway I'm modern time

I just remember loving the arc of the story, but also every section of every book was a slog to start cause at least to a middle schooler it was not the most evocative and accessible descriptions of places and characters, which are obviously almost entirely new every chapter
