Fans of Arc Raiders are going pretty crazy over Eurogamer giving it a 2/5. Eurogamer docked it several points due to Embark Studios use of AI voices. Personally I think it's fair but I'm biased against AI and I don't care about the game.
Any thoughts?

Rich PvE combat and an unusually friendly community make Arc Raiders a more approachable extraction shooter than most, but Embark Studios' continued use of AI voice generation is a black mark against its reputation.

Is this fair?

Rue Valley is launching tomorrow! A link to my review is below but here's a brief summary:
PROS:
Strong narrative, time loop works well, fluid character stats & it's very well written.
CONS:
Annoying late game quests & ending didn't hit for me.
Overall I had a good time with the game. :)

Rue Valley is launching tomorrow! A link to my review is below but here's a brief summary:
PROS:

Chris Avellone believes Obsidian has already moved on to Avowed 2 and I'm very conflicted about this. I enjoyed TOW2 significantly more than Avowed but I still looked forward to where Obsidian would go with it.

Without question episodes 5 & 6 of Dispatch lived up to the level of quality we have come to expect from the game. What a wild ride and CRAZY ending. I cannot wait to experience the finale next week.

Turn based mode in Pillars of Eternity 1 will have a public beta starting on 11/5. The game will let you switch between TB & RTwP. They have also made several upgrades so the experience is even better than in Deadfire. Obsidian this looks INSANE.

Any Dark Quest fans? I've never heard of the series but apparently it's turn based and inspired by Hero Quest. Dark Quest 4 is coming out next week and it's co-op. Might be interesting to play with a few folks but I'm not sure if my community is into it.

Just saw Frankenstein in theatres and it was PURE CINEMA. Incredible acting, gripping story, and fantastic writing. The makeup & wardrobe team also did an outstanding job.
Probably a little longer than it needed to be but still well worth seeing at the movies.

The Kickstarter for Legacy of Valor starts tomorrow. Anybody else thinking about giving it a whirl? Castle building, large scale battles, and an expansive narrative sounds like a lot but hopefully they can pull it off.

I didn't expect to fall in love with Lasombra but thematically I think they are going to be AMAZING to play. This will be the clan I use on my first Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 run for sure.

Many of you mentioned you wished the Starfinder: Afterlight game was going to have more than six classes. They just announced adding Technomancer as the next goal. :)
