Among other things, it causes water vapor in the atmosphere (clouds). It is claimed that this "water vapor" is contributing to climate change. Can you think of a more dubious claim than that? Anyone that works outside can tell you that clouds make it cooler.

Which part of government isn't clear? If you want to know the truth, take the thing that government says and turn it ~179 degrees in the opposite direction, and you will probably be close to the truth.
