Forgot to post this, but I made Orobon Stew back when it was cold out. Really rich, with loads of seasoning, and the taste was great. Super filling too, I found myself full after just one bowl.

Made cheese risotto. Learned there is a significant difference between chopped and minced. Really tasty, kind of like a casserole. Great for some comfort food

More cookbook, this time Spinach Saute with no actual spinach. Unfortunately I didn't like the replacement, gai lan, as much. Or would have liked it without the stems. Sauce was nice though.
