Trying to get something in my stomach has been so challenging and next to frustrating (and vexing)...?

Now I'm having to pace out my PT exercises because I'm in constant back pain?

Ugh.

I got some stuff that I *can* eat, but because of my metabolic imbalance, it's torpedoed 90% of everything which would be a serious weight gainer and so on?

So--in essence--I can count the 8 things I can eat (for the rest of my days), the other 700M are off the Sky Menu. lol

This will knock millions off SNAP (intentionally) because of some kind of PER percentage ratio which states have to meet (to get SNAP), or pay the difference:

If they go over a certain number?

Thing is, it will wipe out all the SNAP benefits from red states entirely--due to no extra money?

I took what I couldn't eat (in two cart loads) to a neighbor whom runs a day care--out of her apartment.

She's a naturalized citizen, but Trump's cruel SNAP reforms banned people like her from having SNAP at all?

And most states will also be impacted by the reforms as well.

I did get some things which will help me--in terms of food which I can process. That ham--which I bought with the gift card--I went back and got a second with my food stamps today?

Food bank run to Marysville netted some things that I can eat.

I get mine from the food bank.

Pasta is 50-50.

Rice? The same.

Beans?

Hell no! 😳

I have 5 canisters just in case.
November 13, 2025 at 11:30 PM
Can’t.

I start percolating 20 minutes later and….

🚽

Sabina was appalled by the fact that I can’t eat meat, pork, or chicken.

Turkey (for some odd reason) is something I have no issues with?
November 13, 2025 at 11:28 PM
Can’t process soups. Which is a Greek tragedy unto itself?
November 13, 2025 at 11:24 PM
I can eat oatmeal, but in moderation?
November 13, 2025 at 11:23 PM
But it took 3 years for it to show up finally.
November 13, 2025 at 11:22 PM
Sergey says part of it is age related.

The other is a severe imbalance in my metabolism and digestive system.

Having little food stamps for 3 years and not being able to buy enough to feed myself adequately (meat, eggs, etc) has caused vitamin and mineral deficiencies?

Sergey finally caught on.

$31 for the ham. But that will come in ham-dy later on?
November 13, 2025 at 11:07 PM
I’m not sure about the eggs. (Because I can’t process chicken or eggs well.)

But I’ll give it a shot on Saturday.

Here in Everett too?

The citizenship requirements (in UK and Canada) are especially complex and tough to get through.
November 13, 2025 at 11:03 PM
I have more extra bags of rice and peanut butter than I need.

So I donate the excess to my neighbor (in the complex) whom runs a daycare?

I don't need 26 bags of rice and 20 jars of peanut butter and 30 cans of fruit cocktail.
November 12, 2025 at 8:24 PM
If I'm only able to buy just *11* items off my SNAP benefits (per month) and that's all I can get...?

What does that say about the price of food these days?

I can't process or handle 90% of the things I *used* to eat years ago.

Now, it's down to 3-4 things and that's it?
November 12, 2025 at 8:21 PM
I could eat one bowl of rice and two slices of bread--right now (if I had the bread)--and it wouldn't have *any* impact on my poor health or poor diet?

(Cause I can't afford to eat balanced meals like everyone else?)
November 12, 2025 at 8:19 PM
No.

They want me to "fast" every day, stop eating rice and bread every day (which I don't anyways), and nobody seems to GET that my weight problems (not severely overweight mind you) are tied to my wrecked sleep cycle and how much extreme stress I'm under?
