even without that. theres simply not enough troops to police the entire country or all the people in it that they would need to. it doesnt matter if you dont arm the masses, if they still outnumber you 10 to 1. and as noted, even if we only go by harris voters, its more like 25 to 1.

He might. But again, theres not enough armed forces to do it nationwide. Even if he mobilized every reservist and recalled every person staffing bases abroad. The US has just under 3 million military personell. That includes the clerks and such. The us has a population of 320 million people.

Theres not enough military for that to be successful. Even if there are zero troops that refuse. They are still outnumbered 10 to 1. They might try anway, but it wont work if they do
