Sometimes I kind of wonder if back in the day, things like intentionally bad combat might not have been a good idea or if it was even intentionally bad in the first place, as far as I can tell options in combat are still pretty limited in the new silent hill games-

For me it would be Kirby’s return to dreamland deluxe ✨ it’s worth mentioning I like star allies a lot too because the different characters bring a lot of different gameplay abilities I like to use in ways not typically

-the fun i can have with it for the short time it takes to hook up the ps2 is worth it ✨ that might not work for every game but you get the idea. The sega game skies of Arcadia is another example I can think of.

Yes i definitely do ✨ not only is it a good treat for yourself or otherwise, if you really like what games you have then it’s worth it to be able to experience them ✨ for me the game ape escape 3 is a good example, I’ll always take the time to pull out a ps2 to play it for a week or two or so-

The bosses in this series are a great mix of puzzle and reflex skill~~

I’ve seen at least one creator actually encourage sharing his show around online and pirating and such because it spreads the word around better, things WILL get better but yes, it’s honestly worthwhile to use emulation and such until then ✨

I wouldn’t expect it anytime soon but I hope to use mugen to make a fan game Senran fighting game eventually, it’s a personal goal at least

Plus if you wanna get technical she could just pull a Kirby and fly over the majority of Mario levels.

-and that’s not even counting her regular magic and tools, the pike ball and fireball spell, plus it’s shown a little bit that she knows martial arts in some form, shantae is legitimately full of potential and is genuinely powerful when you put some thought into it and take it out of game logic

-after letting go of the control pad, but if you really want to not tie game logic into it, shantae’s abilities are immensely powerful, the animals she can become with just a dance move means she can cause genuine destruction and gain abilities like flight and super speed-

She would absolutely kick ass in megaman ✨ and honestly she would do great in anything that doesn’t have momentum in it, because her games have little to no momentum physics. By that I mean things like Mario having a run button to make higher jumps and him still moving in the air-
