Some labels only hide images/video in a post, e.g. the adult content labels; other labels hide complete posts, e.g. 'spam'; when you have set the visibility level to 'hide'.

You set the visibility level for a label.
It's a up to the client what to do with this.
IMO the trickiest thing is the default setting for a label. If a labeler has a label that is set to 'hide' by default then you may be unaware of

It will be interesting if there are multiple clients having such logic as the hiding is done at the client, not at the AppView.
So even though the muted words are shared, the hiding logic may differ!
