I once had the maintenance people forget to put the whole oil pan back in. Then they claimed I’d lost it. As one does

They’re a bonded brother-sister pair 🥰 they’re super shy right now, but I’m so glad the adoption agency liked me so much and thinks we’re a perfect fit. This happened really suddenly too, lol.

I’m amazed they’ve gotten away with the “carriers always lie, actually” spiel when it’s never happened. They just lied the other day when I had proof of a morning delivery, but when I asked again that evening, suddenly it had “just” arrived bc haha, silly FedEx 🤪 like I can’t fact check that easily

I’ll be so glad when I’m done with this place in six months and don’t have to deal with an office staffed with a bunch of 19-year-olds with no training and a hands-off property manager who’s fine with having them lie to cover their ass
