I’ve read the books and played all of the games. I just view the show as a separate entity, and if you view it as a standalone thing, it’s really not bad.

I take a hot bath with lavender melatonin bubble bath/epsom salt. Your body cooling off after a bath can help aid in sleep. It works well for me. I’ve also had to take medication to help me sleep since I was 16. It’s rough. I hope you get some good sleep soon 🫂
