These 2 opposite reactions led to the 2 boys coming full circle and finally be both “lost in the cloud” on the very first snow day together.

He feels happy just by seeing Skylar happy and cared of, smiling every day that’s why he let Skylar go thinking he might not be good enough for him…but Skylar came back to him.

Living without the love he has for Cirrus it feels like being stuck in the same place without being able to move on.

On the other hand, Cirrus realised what it means to genuinely love someone without being too selfish about it.

he himself has always been the one person to always run away from problems without facing them. If he had allowed Cirrus to disappear from his life, it would have been like going back to square one back when he had to change schools and living with the constant fear of making the same mistakes.

the last few panels being of skylar realising that he doesn’t care if he gets hurt he just wants to continue loving cirrus and doesn’t want to let him go ….
